We fixed upstairs in the evening. I had the toothache, front teeth, at night. They hurt me considerable but slept very well. My lip began to swell & by morning was puffed considerably. Very warm weather & dry, gardens doing no good. Mr. Henry went to Asheville, brought me a letter from Frank. All are well down there. Jane Jenning is dead. She has been an invalid a good long time.
