I got up very soon this morning & felt badly all day. From it, did not do much of anything. Began to crochet a tidy for the rocking chair. I fear it will be very ugly, it is intended for a bird. The day has been very pleasant. The children out at play all day. Zonnie can say nearly any word, tries to sing “Mama hear the baby cry” & is a very fond lovely child. Pinck is a good boy but very noisy. His hand is nearly well but I fear will leave an ugly scar. E. Glenn & John still hauling. Glenn staid all night again.
