Dr. Hilliard did not come yesterday but said he would come over this morning but he has not come today. I heard he could not get a horse. I looked for him all day. He will surely come in the morning. I staid nearly all day at Aunt Tena’s house. She is the only one here, the others all gone to camp meeting. She got dinner. We had a little rain today, not much. Pinck went to the camp ground with Charlie, rode behind him. He is delighted with his trip. It is near 8 o’clock now & I will stop as I want to read. Willie’s bowels a good deal better, a health passage today but still has fever.
