I got up this morning and commenced to write a letter to Kate telling her of the turn affairs have taken. I didn’t finish the letter for I can’t send it until Tuesday. After church I came over to Neill’s and took dinner and am staying all night with Fred. I am going to begin to settle in my house tomorrow. Charlie Fitts and Grace were here today, and Mr. E. Coates & J. Case came in this evening and we had a sing. Willie and Winnie Waters joined the church today. It was warmer today some, and cloudy. There is no school at the college tomorrow after the style of Oberlin.
